BirchStreet was included in the Magic Quadrant study and report by Gartner, Inc. for 2015. The report assessed 20 global procure-to-pay companies and their ability to deliver e-purchasing functionality, catalog management capabilities, e-invoicing and APIA (accounts payable invoice automation). In the study, Gartner examines the vendor’s ability to execute and completeness of vision.
BirchStreet participated in the Gartner analysis and provided information and customer references for interviews and surveys. BirchStreet is pleased to have been included in such an influential report on procure-to-pay solutions. BirchStreet’s extensive focus in the hospitality industry, strong brand awareness and market share combined with the system’s ability to address the complexities of that industry differentiated them from all others in the study. BirchStreet is moving to broaden its focus to related industries that have similar requirements, such as casinos, airports, entertainment and healthcare.
The Gartner report revealed that BirchStreet’s overall customer satisfaction score was above average and noted positive feedback on global deployment support along with good catalog management capabilities and configurable work.
